This is a Fakebook style arrangement with ALL lyrics set in a harmonica voice in banjo tablature on the top staff.

The banjo just plays back-up in this arangement...

The chord progression seems to lend itself well to the banjo.

Not terrifically difficult to play for someone who already plays basic Scruggs style.
